How long does it take to receive my rug?
Every rug is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Production takes around 14 business days, followed by 3–4 business days for delivery.

How should I clean my Rugwave rug?
We recommend dry cleaning your Rugwave rug to keep it looking fresh and maintain its quality. Avoid washing or soaking the rug at home.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD because every Rugwave rug is made to order. Production begins only after we receive your payment and confirm your order.
