As each rug is handmade, slight variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.

3. Products & Custom Orders

Most Rugwave products are handmade and produced specifically after an order is placed.

For custom rugs:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, images, logos, text, sizing preferences, and customization details.

Production begins only after successful payment and confirmation of the order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

While we strive to match the approved design as closely as possible, slight variations in color, texture, shape, dimensions, or finish may occur due to the handmade manufacturing process and should not be considered defects.

4. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

If you upload or submit any artwork, logo, image, photograph, or design, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.

Your submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Your content complies with applicable laws.

Rugwave reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Rugwave.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Rugwave does not store your complete payment card or banking information.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund where applicable.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Rugwave reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Incorrect pricing or product information.

Unavailable materials.

Violation of these Terms.

Legal or regulatory requirements.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed where applicable.

7. Production & Delivery

Production timelines displayed on our website are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, material availability, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy available on our website.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's operations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rugwave is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Since most Rugwave products are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required under applicable law or expressly stated in our separate Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

An unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish may be required to help us investigate the issue.

Failure to provide timely notice or requested evidence may affect our ability to process your claim.

Any approved refund, replacement, or resolution will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, textures, sizes, and designs.

However, actual products may vary slightly due to:
