Once the order is placed it will take 15-20 days to deliver to the given address.

Damaged Orders

Every Rugwave rug undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is shipped.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us investigate the issue with our shipping partner and provide the best possible solution.

After reviewing your request, our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

As all Rugwave rugs are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
